What is Agilize?

They have been in business for several years pursuing a online accounting experience, from the start of your business to the monthly payments of taxes and legal declarations.

What was the problem?
The main problem that the team aimed to solve with DIN@ was the need for visual standardization and improving the overall user experience. Agilize wanted to recreate their legacy website while launching new products, and they recognized the importance of creating a consistent and user-friendly design across their platform. They also needed to address the challenges associated with scaling their workload to accommodate the company's anticipated growth.

How did we approach it?
The team approached the solution by creating a Design System, which involved extensive internal research to understand existing visual patterns and conducting user research to prioritize the design elements. The process of creating the documentation took time, but it was crucial for establishing a visual standard and ensuring a consistent experience across the platform. The team also learned from their mistakes, such as the challenges of onboarding new employees and integrating the newly formed Design department into the company's production line.
